The following terms and conditions apply to the sale of products purchased from sandline-learning.co.uk on this site.
We want you to understand the basis upon which you buy products from us.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully. If there is anything that you do not understand please contact us on 0207 060 2597or by email before ordering a product and we will do our best to clarify the position for you.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
If you have a suggestion as to how we can improve our service to you or if you are dissatisfied about our service or any goods or services that you bought from us then please contact us immediately on 0207 060 2597 or by email.
(A) CHECKING AND CORRECTING
It is up to you to check that your order is
correct. There are facilities to enable you
to correct any inputting errors prior to the
submission of your order. If however you realize
that you have made a mistake then do call
us and we will see whether it is possible
to intercept the order before it is accepted
by us.
(B) ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS
We are not obliged to supply goods or services
to you until we have confirmed acceptance
of your order and this is when the contract
is made. We normally do this by email under
the heading "Confirmed Order". If
you have not supplied us with an email address
then we will send a written "Confirmed
Order" to you at any other address that
you have given to us.
(C) ORDERING ALLOWS US TO USE YOUR
PERSONAL DATA
By submitting your order you are also allowing
us to use your personal details for the purposes
of supplying the goods or services concerned
(including passing your details onto couriers
and other subcontractors for the purpose of
fulfilling your order).
The basis upon which we obtain and use personal
data for this and other purposes is set out
in our Privacy Statement This is also reproduced
below.
CANCELLATIONS
We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items. That's why under our 7-day returns guarantee, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of the date you received the item.
By law, customers in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. This applies to all of our products except for digital items and services (eg: Online Training) where the online service has been accessed. We regret that we also cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of video, DVD, audio, products and software products where the item has been unsealed.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you our fees and expenses if the product is received otherwise than in accordance with these requirements.
PRICING
We try to keep our prices as simple to understand
as possible. However, you should bear in mind
that prices are always subject to change.
Prices shown in our print advertising are
submitted some weeks prior to publication
and therefore may be subject to change. This
site contains our definitive price list and
is kept fully up to date.
Delivery charges are shown as a separate line
on every order. You can get a quote for delivery
charges by specifying your delivery destination
as part of your quotation.
SECURITY
ORDERING ONLINE
Our order system encrypts
all your personal information including your
name, address and credit or debit card details
using industry standard secure socket technology
(SSL). This is intended to ensure that information
passed between your computer and this site
cannot be read in the unlikely event that
it is intercepted by someone else.

PRICES
Our prices (including delivery charges where
applicable) do not include VAT which is chargeable
at 17.5% in the UK. VAT is also chargeable
(at 17.5%) on all goods shipped to EC countries
unless customers provide their VAT/tax number
on headed paper or an official document. When
a user in an EC country, other than the UK,
provides a valid VAT number then the 'Total
Excl. VAT' applies.
RISK
Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes
to you when they leave our premises. If you
want us to arrange insurance in transit please
contact us before ordering.(See Damaged Goods)
PROVISION OF INFORMATION ABOUT PRODUCTS
All and any information about the courses
on this site is provided by us
in good faith and has been created in conjunction
with and/or obtained from our software product
suppliers. The information on this site is
not warranted to be complete or up to date
and may be altered without notice at our discretion.

Delivery - Subject to your order being authorized and barring system failure, we will despatch all orders where possible received up to 3.p.m. the same day.
Delivery Charges
UK Customers - Shipping is currently £9 to the UK, Ireland.
Rest of the world - Shipping is currently £55.
Ordering (UK) - All prices quoted are in sterling (UK pounds) excluding delivery and VAT at 17.5%. A total order price including VAT and delivery is given when using the on-line checkout. Due to fluctuations in supplier price, we reserve the right to change our prices without notice. Although any such price changes will be applied instantly to this web site, allowing you to be aware of them before ordering. Errors and omissions excepted.
If the goods are in stock and you place your order which is accepted by us before 4.00pm you will normally receive them next day. If we are unable to deliver your goods within the specified time for whatever reason we will try to contact you to arrange an alternative time for delivery.
Ordering Outside UK - All prices quoted are in sterling (UK pounds) and exclude delivery and VAT at 17.5%. A total order price including delivery is given when using the on-line checkout. Customers outside the European Economic Community will not be charged VAT. Due to fluctuations in supplier price, we reserve the right to change our prices without notice. TRADING HOURS AND RESPONSE TIMES
Our office hours are 10am to 5.30pm UK time and the office is open every day of the year other than weekends and United Kingdom public holidays. All orders and quotations received are acknowledged by email. Customer emails received by us will be responded to within one (1) working day of receipt unless due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. ISP failure).
JURISDICTION
This site is controlled and operated from England. The terms and conditions of this site and any dispute about them or in relation to this site shall be governed by and subject to English Law. In the event that a dispute arises out of or relating to these terms and conditions or the use of or access to this site, such dispute shall be subject to the exclusivity of the English Court.
PRIVACY STATEMENT
We are registered with the United Kingdom Data Protection Registrar and is committed to dealing with personal data in the spirit of the Data Protection Act 1998 ("the Act").
We only collect information about you that you provide us with during the ordering or registration process whether you do this online or by other approved methods.
