Certification
candidates should be able

multi-user access. They
will be required to resolve
issues related to customizing
application interfaces,
the Start menu and taskbar,

and error messages.
They
should be able to handle
application errors resulting
from network, security,
or hardware problems. They
should be able to help prevent,
identify, and respond to
network or system application
security breaches. This
exam tests the abilities
of a help-desk technician
to be able to resolve Windows
XP application users' issues
in a timely manner.
